Benjamin Guseman

He's the guy that gets it done...
After receiving his Masters in Biology from Lamar University, Ben rejoined the family construction business as a partner. His background began
as a kid working in the office and now after
numerous years in the field, his expertise
is evident in his distinct attention to detail, and
with a "hands-on" approach, decisions and
oversight are never left for someone else.
Ben currently serves on the
Homebuilders Association Board as President.
Along with building, Ben's passion for all things electronic emerges from his twenty-six years
in the audio/video business, allowing us to install some awesome theaters and electronics in our clients' homes. When he's not in town,
he can usually be found hanging on the side of a mountain, rock climbing...

It's all about roots...
Richard's family returned to Beaumont when
he was in elementary school and he is proud
to say he is deeply rooted in Southeast Texas.
After leaving his banking life, Richard began
a career in construction. His years of
experience instill confidence into every project, whether it is a new home or new streets in a subdivision. Although anyone who knows him will tell you that this is his passion, the word "job" does not apply. Over four decades later, he is
still in love with building...and it shows (he currently serves on the Homebuilders Association Board).
Proud of the fact that friendships are forged and repeat clients are not unusual, Richard's input, integrity and knowledge infuses each project with
creativity and sound construction.
